Established in 1935 and with a turnover of £250m, the Hügli Group employs over 1300 people globally and is one of the largest producers of food ingredients in Europe.

Our global presence provides us with access to international skills, expertise and resources across the food manufacturing industry, while allowing us to deliver a flexible and highly responsive service on a local level at Hügli UK.

Working from one site encompassing our purpose built 100,000 sq ft UK head office, factory and warehouse, we have the capacity to deliver powerful large-scale production lines, through a combination of highly automated machines and expert staff.

We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality food ingredients that have been created with consumer and market needs in mind. Hügli products include soup, stock cubes, bouillon, sauces, hot drinks, milkshakes, build up and meal replacements, plus a range of slimming and sports nutrition products.

Our existing customers comprise major European food and pharmaceutical brands, specialist nutritional companies, wholesale suppliers and several leading grocery and pharmacy retailers in both the UK and abroad.
