Product Range

At Hügli our focus is on ensuring our customers deliver outstanding and innovative products to their respective markets. Our knowledge base ranges from expertise in organic and allergen free products to the development of bespoke foodstuffs for the slimming and sports nutrition markets. Our product range encompasses single, blended and bespoke ingredients and includes:

• Sports nutrition products – build up powders, milkshakes, energy and protein drinks, vitamin and fibre enriched products and developing sports nutrition recipes.
• Slimming products – very low calorie (VLCD) and low calorie diet (LCD) products and meal replacements.
• Meals – meal replacements and instant soups, pasta and rice supplements
• Beverages – speciality teas and coffees, milkshakes, full and reduced fat hot chocolate and malted drinks and vending machine drinks.
• Commodities – brown, white and icing sugars, fructose and dextrose, natural and artificial sweeteners, milk powders, jellies, custards and packet cake and pudding mixes.

Organic

Hügli is the market leader in the organic sector and is certified to produce organic products in the following countries:
- EC 2092/91 = European Standard
- AB (Organic standard for France)
- KRAV (Organic standard for Scandinavia)
- NOP (for USA)

Clean Label

The product category clean label / E- No.-free is made up of products that do not contain any additives- like flavour enhancers, thickeners, colourings, antioxidants, acidifiers etc, even as carry-over.

The Hügli UK production facility is a nut free site.

Fairtrade

Hügli is proud to be licensed to manufacture products using Fairtrade ingredients.

Bespoke

Hügli’s New Product Development team can assist in complicated re-formulations of products for bespoke markets. Our expertise in this area includes: reduced salt, low sodium, cholesterol-free, fat free and enriched with vitamins and minerals.

Accreditations

Hügli is committed to raising the standards of food manufacturing in the UK, with all products produced meeting stringent industry standards.

Hügli has BRC “”A”" status and EFSIS (Higher Level) and fully documented HACCP & GMP systems.

We are also proud to be licensed to manufacture Fairtrade products.
